Stats explained

The dashboard shows four stat cards. Here is what each one really measures.

Active packages

The count of your packages with status = active. Drafts and paused packages are excluded. Click the card to jump to the Packages list filtered by Active.

Profile views (last 30 days)

Distinct sessions that loaded tourdock.ai/operators/your-slug in the last 30 days. Multiple page loads from the same browser within an hour count as one. We exclude bots and crawlers.

The sparkline is a 10-day trend. If the line is flat at zero, your profile is not yet circulating — the next step is sharing your URL on your existing channels (WhatsApp Business bio, Instagram, group chats, your website).

WhatsApp clicks (last 30 days)

The count of times someone clicked the WhatsApp button on a package card or on your public profile. We log the click on the server before the redirect, so we do not lose any.

WhatsApp clicks are the cleanest signal of intent — the traveller was about to message you. Compare against bookings to estimate your WhatsApp → booked conversion.

Enquiries (last 30 days)

The count of rows inserted into enquiries for your operator. Includes form submissions from package detail pages and from your public profile. Does not include WhatsApp clicks (those are tracked in the previous card).

The card highlights if you have N new enquiries today (status = New). Click to jump to the Enquiries list filtered by New.

What is missing (coming in MVP2)

  • Per-package stats (which package drives the most leads).
  • Conversion funnel by source (package detail vs. public profile).
  • Hour-of-day breakdown (so you know when to be alert).
  • Median response time visible on the card (currently in the analytics tab).
