Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using TourDock.ai ("TourDock", "the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account types
Operators: business accounts that list Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarat packages. May be free during launch period; subject to subscription tiers when those are activated.
Travelers: visitors who browse packages and submit enquiries. No account required.
3. Operator obligations
- Provide accurate, up-to-date package information.
- Respond to enquiries within a reasonable time (target: 24 hours).
- Hold all required licenses for the services you advertise.
- Honour pricing and inclusions as shown on TourDock unless explicitly negotiated with the traveler.
- No spam, no harassment, no misleading or duplicate listings.
4. Prohibited content
- Misrepresentation of services, prices, or credentials.
- Illegal activities or content that violates local laws.
- Hate speech, harassment, or content that targets protected groups.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Spam, automated scraping, or abusive use of the platform.
5. Marketplace disclaimer
TourDock is a marketplace and discovery platform. We are not the tour operator. The contractual relationship for any pilgrimage, accommodation, or travel service is between the traveler and the operator they choose. TourDock is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or content of operators or travelers.
6. Payments
Operator subscriptions (when activated) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by the active plan's policy.
7. Intellectual property
TourDock owns the platform, brand, and software. Operators retain ownership of their package content but grant TourDock a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TourDock's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid to TourDock in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TourDock is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer law requires otherwise. (Final jurisdiction: TBD; will be updated when the operating entity is finalized.)
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page and (where appropriate) by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
