Three tiers, billed annually. There is no monthly plan.

Starter — $99 / year

For solo operators or small agencies under 50 packages a year.

Pro — $199 / year (most popular)

The default. For agencies running multiple departures per category.

• Unlimited active packages.
• Unlimited enquiries.
• Everything in Starter.
• Featured placement on category pages (rotated).
• Priority email support.
• Social banner generation.
• Multi-city hotels.
• Verified operator badge after license verification.

Agency — $399 / year

For agencies with multiple users, white-label needs, and deep reporting.

• Everything in Pro.
• Up to 5 user accounts on one operator.
• White-label PDF brochure (your branding, your logo, no TourDock watermark).
• Custom domain on your public profile (e.g. pilgrimages.youragency.com).
• API access (in MVP2).
• Dedicated account manager.

Switching tiers

Up or down at any time. Pro-rated. We do not charge a switching fee.

When billing starts

Billing starts when you click Upgrade in Settings → Billing and complete the Stripe checkout. The 30-day free trial does not auto-convert — you choose to convert.

Refunds

Refunds within 14 days of upgrade, no questions. After 14 days, refunds are case-by-case. Email hello@tourdock.ai.
