Pricing tiers
Every package has four pricing tiers:
- Adult with bed — required.
- Child with bed — optional.
- Child without bed — optional.
- Infant — optional.
Currency defaults to USD. We display the operator's primary currency in MVP2.
Why four tiers
Travellers compare packages. If your competitor lists adult and child prices and you only list adult, you look incomplete. Travellers click the operator who answered all four questions before they even sent a message.
What to do if you charge the same for adult and child
Fill all four anyway. If a child with bed is the same as an adult with bed, write the adult price in both fields. It tells the traveller you thought about it.
What to do if you do not take infants
Set the infant tier to 0 (zero). The public listing will show "Infant: free". If you do not take infants at all, leave the field blank — the listing will hide that row.
What to do for "from" pricing
If your real price varies (e.g. by departure city or hotel category), enter the lowest price in the adult tier. The PackageCard automatically prefixes it with "From $X". When you reply to enquiries, you can quote the actual number.
Updating prices
You can edit prices at any time on the Edit package → Basic info screen. The next traveller who lands on your listing sees the new price. Past enquirers do not get re-notified.
